Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I currently work as a consultant and Miro is widely used to facilitate workshops, conduct trainings, design thinking and brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, housing team onboarding content including team introductions, tips, important links and frequently asked questions. Additionally, we use Miro for facilitating other collaborative exercises among internal employees and external consultants.
Pros
- inserting images
- easy to use templates
- Real time collaboration
Cons
- Board performance for large projects - slow to load with multiple widgets; harder to collaborate
- Permission and access control is not very intuitive
- Difficult to go back to an older version
- Boosted speed and hence team productivity
- increased participation in retrospectives
- improved feedback post trainings with collaborative exercises
Templates and widgets
