Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mainly to have a complete overview of our companie's processes and have all the information, step by step, tasks in only place. The main benefit from Miro is having a user friendly, simple and complete tool to use like we would use a chalk board but much fuller of details

Pros

  • Simliar to a chalkboard
  • Help to organise
  • Easy instructions

Cons

  • Open things automatically
  • Expand cards with a double click
  • Scrolling to the sides
  • Reduced processes set up time
  • Makes it easier to work remotely
  • Collaboration between users
  • Stronger brainstorming from the team
This is one of the benefits that I appreciate the most. Since it has the functionality for multiple persons to work on the same board at the same time, it makes it very easy to collaborate 'live' and share ideas with a big team quickly. This tool promotes the collaboration in my team and makes us more connected while working remotely.
As a visual person, I really appreciate that Miro already has templates for good looking boards. The selection of colours and the shapes, are perfect and it makes me more motivated to use the app as I actually enjoy what I'm looking at. Also, I find easier the way to expand information and the how to generally use it

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro is a great tool when you want to have a lot of details in one place, as it has the function to add notes (like the sticky notes), expand your cards and add checklists, it's super useful to have a complete view of a process for example. I also appreciate the brainstorming and mind map functions, I think they're very helpful when wanting to organise your thoughts on a pretty way.
I would appreciate if for these functions there were easier shortcuts to progress faster.
