Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My company has used Miro for collaborative ideation during group meetings, and workshops. I am in a marketing function, and having a way to collaborate on projects is crucial within our team.

We also often have the need to wireframe menu structures, or even pages, and Miro is an easy way for the team to visualize what we are trying to convey in a way that words can't do.

For those with a good background in online tools it can be easy to use, but there is definitely a learning curve. Switching between a mouse and a page mover can be frustrating sometimes, and running into lag happens from time to time. When you have a lot of content, it can be hard to get a good bird's eye view.
Miro is not something that we use every day, but during a large website project it served as a great way to have all our menu ideation in one place. We reference it often, and it was easy to recap a meeting after the workshop because everything was in one place with Miro.
It has not affected the tools that we are currently using.
Miro felt like a nice middle ground between something like Figma, and something like Trello. It was sleek and easy to use without a huge learning curve to get everyone on board.

I think to keep meetings on track and moving along when discussion spirals, Miro is an extremely effective tool. When you have a group of people on a call and need to keep all ideas in one place, it can be crucial to have a collaborative working tool like Miro.
