We use it to illustrate proper workflows and transitions between departments

I do feel as though the interface can be a bit confusing for folks who are new to the site.
Truly we focus on using it to design the departmental workflows and the correlation between tasks. It is extremely helpful to revert back to diagrams when you're new to a certain task.
Yes, we used to use Canva a lot to design diagrams and elaborate on workflows, but now we almost exclusively use Miro.

It is easy and does a great job of illustrating and creating diagrams. The fact that you can incorporate all of the different reference materials into one space is highly beneficial instead of having to open seperate links and tabs. Being able to see everything in a single place is great when there is such a large number of different departments and workflows to explain with a visual aid.
