Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
My company uses monday.com to keep track of all our leads and customers information. We use it as a database log and tag them when we check-in. For the lead side, we use it to keep track of where they came from, their information, and what next steps are being taken. We also use it to invite our partners to see what is going on with the leads they have given us.
- Organizing information
- Keeping track of separate groups with their boards
- Ease of use
- Sorting- their should be an easier way to search/sort
- Sometimes with multiple tabs, it doesn't fit in your view
- Notes area
- It only holds the information. Mainly, it's just for organization and not moving further beyond that.
- No reports or stats for certain things
Monday.com does not stack up against HubSpot. HubSpot is a CRM whereas monday.com is a database or project manager. If you want to actually do something with the contacts then you need a different tool. It's good for sales teams to keep track and use throughout the pipeline, but any activity needs to be done somewhere else.
