Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has helped organize everything from Sales to Professional Services in a fun and intuitive way! People collaborate on it, effectively saving time and energy off obsolete e-mails, overcrowded meetings, and repeated conversations.
It's ability to automate repetitive work has placed it in the center of daily needs, while the ever-expanding features come to solve problems we didn't know were there.
In my opinion, it is THE Work O.S. for companies looking to organize and become more effective!
  • Automating Grunt Work.
  • Centralizing Knowledge.
  • Bridging departmental Silos.
  • Keeping people aligned and projects on time.
  • The ever - expanding features can be too much to step into at start.
  • There is no free plan.
  • Some very important features are still in beta (hopefully to be resolved soon).
  • Saving tons of time spent on e-mails and meetings.
  • Automating tasks that the team never liked doing, instead focusing on decisions and actions that matter.
  • Onboarding employees with ease.
  • Improved Collaboration between people and departments.
  • Better understanding of pain points.
  • Organizing projects and meeting deadlines.
It is intuitive, user friendly and applicable to almost every use case. It will make everyone's life easier.
I have contacted the support team multiple times, and the response time is excellent. 24/7 and less than 30 mins (usually at ~10-15mins).
Customer success managers are well versed in the platform, being as educated or more than the support.
In the 3 years I've used the platform, I have never experienced outages, while using monday.com so I would say that in terms of uptime I'm 100% satisfied.

I believe monday.com to be well suited in a whole variety of scenarios, ranging from CRM to project planning and from product management to ticketing.
One of its exceptional abilities is to be used for different scenarios across departments of an organization while every employee gets accustomed to a unified and user friendly interface.
