We use monday.com to manage programs, projects and internal processes that require follow up actions or tracking. The monday.com system has helped us to stay organized an on top of tasks while we ensure we do not drop the ball on any of our required actions. This system has greatly improved our efficiency, productivity, and improve customer service standards.

  • Flexibility in design structure.
  • More integrations.
  • Ability to pull sub-items into graphics (pie-chart, Kanban).
Monday.com is a very flexible project, program management tool that allows you to customize the template boards to fit the needs. The ability to create a tracking and notification system that can be transformed to meet the individual, team and organizational needs can be priceless, especially in times like COVID where we are forced to find new means for collaboration.
For companies that do not have an Enterprise license the customer service is more along the lines of self-service which is not ideal but they offer a great portal for learning the ins and outs of the system but could always be better with an assigned support specialist. Anytime I have reached out through email the team has been very responsive on getting back to us with a response.
I have not run into any issues with reliability or availability. The system has always been up and responsive when it's been accessed.

Monday.com has helped us to stay on top of license renewals and other critical date specific processes so that we do not loose connection with our clients. I have used monday.com for many different purposes and haven't found a process that it hasn't worked for yet. It's a great project management system.
