Monday.com is currently used by development teams. Helps us in the division of tasks control of deadlines vs time spent, serves as project history and documentation.

It also allows transparency to all involved, strategic exchange of resources in cases where it is necessary. It is the tool that most adhered to our reality.

Pros

  • Global vision for the whole team.
  • Notion of execution time and available time.
  • Synergy between tasks, staff and deadlines.

Cons

  • Kanban view could have option of time spent vs time predicted.
Only positive impressions with monday.com.
I believe it is 10 because I never needed support, which means that the support is designed to give total independence to the customer.
Reporting what we are doing is the most boring part when we are committed to developing something, however, monday.com allows for agile execution of reports, so I can only say that the impact of monday.com on my daily life is positive.

Monday now is used for all in our company, it let everyone knows more about everything that is happening(system developers, web developers, and our leadership), brings in great transparency and knowledge off skill's off team members. Our development team is now focused on integrations, taking information to our system's and generating dashboards to support our leadership.
