Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Over 40% time saved on project management.
  • Easier workflows allowed employees to improve tracking of all project related information.
monday.com in our company is being used primarily by two departments, Operations, and Customer Success. However, everyone in the company has access to view the public boards and dashboards.
  • It's easy to automate some processes and notify people of interest of changes.
  • Integration with HubSpot isn't great. Our team has to work on creating a custom app to work around the issue.
It's easy enough to create new boards and workflows. However, I feel like there could be more templates to make things even easier.
I personally don't reach out to monday.com team. However, my manager does and he seems to be satisfied. Although I'm aware of a few issues that their support was not able to resolve, so we are waiting for these to be solved with one of the upcoming feature releases, which they do a lot.
It's reliable and we haven't experienced any downtime or major glitches. Features work as expected.

monday.com is very flexible which means it's well suited for a number of teams and use cases. I would recommend it to any small organization that still uses spreadsheets to manage any processes. It's especially great if you don't have the resources to hire a consultant or a dedicated person to set up a project management tool.
