Monday is used to organize work in all our operations, including support, development, projects, and finance. Its flexibility makes it perfect to be used in different workflows. In projects, we use Gantt-like charts, in development kanban, in support with tickets, and so on. One of the things that I really like is the possibility to automate actions, integrate with other platforms (like sending notifications to Slack) and sending email notifications. I used to work with Jira but this is way better.
