Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com has had a positive impact on our ROI. We even implement our strategic plan goals directly into our workflow, so we are able to categorize how the projects we are working on go back to support our overarching goals.
  • monday.com has allowed us to focus on even the smallest details, thereby providing a better customer experience.
In our organization, monday.com was originally purchased to help us better manage our property maintenance requests. However, it soon became widespread and now each department is using monday.com in some form or fashion. monday.com has allowed our team to become more organized in our project management, thereby almost eliminating details on any given project being dropped.
  • It allows you to build custom boards that fit the specific needs of your organization.
  • It allows you to easily communicate with other team members on project to-do items and due dates so no details get lost in the hustle.
  • It allows you to stay organized on a personal level. I feel less overwhelmed by what I have to do in any given week because it reminds me promptly and keeps me on track.
  • A feature I would love to see added is the ability to add the same item to multiple groups on a board without having to duplicate and paste it. Perhaps this could look as simple as instead of create a new item, creating a new item on all groups.
monday.com is very user friendly. If you are the point person in charge of setting up your workplace's system, it will take a little bit of time. However, the system is very intuitive and easy to use. If there is a way you want to display and track your information, more often than not, monday.com can accommodate your specific needs.
We have been very satisfied with the technical support provided by monday.com. There was an instance where we wanted a board to look and act a certain way and we couldn't figure out the best way to organize our data. Someone from the monday.com team actually took the time to create several options for us and sent us a video walking us through the setup step by step.
With monday.com, we've been able to set up automated emails that can be sent to our customers throughout the process of us working on their projects. This has been a game changer for many reasons. One, it allows us to stay focused on accomplishing the tasks instead of on stopping to write emails. Two, it provides a better experience for our customer as they never have to wonder which phase of the project we are in because we are updating them consistently. Lastly, it keeps track of all that automated communication so we build a record of client satisfaction.

monday.com is great, especially for nonprofits, because it allows you to build out custom work flows and project management boards. In our research, we found tons of great project management platforms out there, but only monday.com allowed us to customize so much on our own. Additionally, the customization we needed was intuitive and we didn't have to rely on someone from technical support each time we wanted to make a change. However, technical support is always there if we have questions.
