Monday.com is addressing the organization's need to transition analysis and reporting work from excel-hell to a dynamic web-based platform. It is being used across one department to replace a myriad of data entry and reporting formats. This is particularly critical as everyone is working off-site - the need for shared access to data, the results of analysis and engaging reporting is ever-more important.
- Easy to use
- Engaging widgets and integration points
- Releases are fast but not thoroughly tested
- Breakneck development means bug-fix is secondary
Core function works very well. Automations tend to be good where they have been in place for some time. Recent adds (integrations and automations) have some bugs and it can be hard to get these timely addressed. Usability of sub-items is a major item of concern for the user community.
