Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • The ideal tool to monitor projects was sought for a long time, this has been the best option.
  • Employees adapt very well to the tool and the learning curve is very short.
  • The platform adapts to our needs, not only for projects.
Monday has been used exclusively for the IT area, but it has been extended to other areas depending on the needs of including the people involved in the different projects.

Project tracking between IT areas has become much easier, the users easily adapt to the platform. The business problems addressed are commonly related to digital transformation, inventory, and organizational growth.

Pros

  • Notifications are great!
  • Integration with Zoom is practical.
  • The ease of updating each subject.
  • The interface is very intuitive.

Cons

  • The possibility of tagging people who do not have access/licenses but can see the progress.
  • Schedule alerts from the app/desktop.
  • Schedule alerts and receive notifications through the app or desktop notification.
The learning curve to use the platform is very short, it is not necessary to take courses or validate extensive tutorials, the interface is very pleasant and very intuitive. When someone leaves the company, it is very easy for the new person to resume monitoring the projects, it does not require scheduling days or weeks of training to use the tool.
I am a member of a corporate account, but so far there has been no need to request it. Online tutorials are great!
The tool has performed very well in the year that I have been using it and I have not had any problems with the web platform or the app.

Monday is the best app suited for a company that works with a team of more than 12 people and is searching for a great tool to manage projects and make followings of incidents, maintenance activities, and any other subject that needs to make a detailed following, I think that is less suitable for those teams that have less than 5 people.
