Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Allows us to cascade information on a grand scale.
  • The search features save so much time when looking for something specific.
  • Being able to share info from one board to another allows our departments to share specific information without having to give access to all the board info.
We use Monday.com to track everything in our company. Examples are: transactions, account info, sales, ROI, events. This platform is so versatile and user-friendly it makes it easy to track everything we do. It also connects with outside platforms making it easy to set up all the automation and integrations we need to make our transaction flow seamlessly! Definitely, one of my favorite and most fun platforms we have ever used.

Pros

  • Track transactions.
  • Importing information with forms so we do not have to enter manually.
  • Our boards speak to each other so whichever dept needs access to information, we can share.
  • Sends notifications for any due dates set for all our tasks.

Cons

  • We would love for the subitems to total at the bottom as the items do.
  • We would like to be able to copy the subitems as we can the items.
  • Transferring subitems into new boards.
It is super easy to use. There are so many tutorials that help you figure out exactly what you need. The support given is great!! If you cannot figure something out on your own, monday.com support is quite responsive!
Support has always been extremely responsive. Their communication within their network is obviously available companywide as even if you start with one person anyone there can help with follow-up questions.
The performance of monday.com is excellent. We have not had many problems with backend automation. Also, it is quick. Our boards can be quite cumbersome, monday.com always manages to work without any issues.

monday.com is great at tracking and sharing everything in your business. Guest ability is pretty good, but the ability to see dashboards is limited.
Because subitems do not subtitle tracking numbers within an item is limited. We still use Excel for tracking multiple numbers.
