Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using monday.com as a system to organize tasks between my department and our developers.
As a digital marketing company, we are responsible for also building our client's websites. We use monday.com to communicate website requests and changes to our developers. It allows us to organize the tasks for each client and also prioritize the tasks that are more time-sensitive than others by being able to manually move up and down tasks.
As a department that constantly works with clients' digital marketing needs every day. We use monday.com to communicate website requests and changes to our developers. makes it easy to stay organized on the tasks that you have created. It makes it easy for us and the department that we are working with to accomplish those tasks.

Usability

I rate monday.com 9/10. Again, it is a great tool to use for organize[ing] everything that requires the attention of other departments or other people. It is always perfect except for the tasks only being written in one page/section of the tasks. It would be great to be able to do a checkmark board so you can check off the tasks that are complete, but still being able to visit it just in case you need it again.

Support Rating

I have never needed to use the 24/7 support that monday.com has. I'm glad that they do have a great support system, but everything has been great ever since we signed up with them. There are occasional [downtimes] due to updates, but it is not a big deal. monday.com's customer support is great [to] my knowledge.

Reliability & Availability

The overall performance of monday.com has been great! I can't complain [about] their performance because it does everything that we need it to do and almost everything that we want it to do. monday.com is a reliable work management software that can be used for any business that needs to organize [its] day-to-day responsibilities.

monday.com is great when you need organization software to be able to assign tasks to different departments and different people. Organization software is a must in the digital marketing field and monday.com is essential.
monday.com allows me to keep track of the tasks that are being worked [on] because it is always assigned to somebody to make sure that somebody is working on it. We are allowed to organize the fields that we need to be successful. For example, one of the fields that we have [is] Due Date. This allows us to assign specific dates when we need the tasks completed.

My only recommendation to make Monday.com A LOT easier would be able to create a checklist type task system. Currently, we are using just the initial Updates tasks to create tasks. It works well if you only have 1-2 tasks that come back-and-forth. However, once you get to the 5 or more tasks, it makes it more difficult to look back on the previous tasks that we assigned.
