I use monday.com primarily as a communication tool between my direct reports and me. It helps me to:
- Keep track of what are they doing.
- How good are they regarding the due dates.
- What hurdles they find in they daily work.
- How can I help.
- Provide an agile daily communication channel between me and my reports.
- Keep all related docs in one place.
- Make project minutes.
- Can't use it without an internet connection.
- I wish I could add users one at a time instead of having to buy an upgrade for many.
100% reliable, the only problems I had resulted from slow internet connections. Mobile use had come handy in many occasions.
