Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings

monday.com is being used by several departments but not across the whole organization. It addresses project management.
  • It's simple to use so not a lot of time training
  • It's visual so you can get a quick picture of how work is progressing
  • It's flexible so you can work through projects in ways that suit your company
  • When adding dates, you have to step through each month instead of jumping to a new year
  • A way that reminders can tell if the status of a task is done and not remind you if it is
  • A way that subitems can use reminders
At the organization I work with, we tried four project management tools in four years. This is the only one that passed the employees willingly using the tool because of its ease of use.
Any time I've had to reach out to support, they've been quick to respond and helpful.
Overall, very pleased. A few glitches once in a while but never for any length of time that's affected performance.

Integration of boards. When many coworkers use a board, if you change the layout of the board, it changes for all coworkers. If you build your personal board, it doesn't integrate well with the main board to view tasks other than jumping between boards.
