Monday.com is being used to coordinate tasks and to share information and updates on those tasks. We are using it across our company as a whole. This program addresses the need of a company to organize what tasks each of its employees are currently working on. Moreover, it lets you keep track of how everything is progressing in your team. Allowing you to better coordinate what your team does.

I would like to see Monday.com integrated with a CRM.

Usability

I have found it to work really well for us. We use it to coordinate tasks and to assign tasks to our team members. When someone falls behind, we assign other team members to the same task to bolster the manpower on the assignment.

Support Rating

I have not had any issues while using Monday.com other than a payment issue which was quickly resolved by Monday.com's support team.

Reliability & Availability

As our work management software, Monday.com works very well. The features are well designed and easy to use. I have found it to be very reliable and have not had any issues with there being any downtimes. This has helped the overall experience by providing a stable place to coordinate our activities.

I think that in any business where there are more than a few people and in which there is a multitude of tasks assigned to various members. Monday.com is a great tool to be included in this scenario. Even for a single-entity business, where you need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, this could be a time saver. It may not be a great tool for someone flipping burgers, but it would be great for the one managing the restaurant.
