Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Helped us manage our workflows between different teams. It also helped us automate some of the workflows to smooth out our operations. We were able to build outflows and to A/B testing on Monday.com before we thought about any type of integration into our system. Automation was a boon for our operation team.

It is very easy to get it up and running. It allows different boards with access capability. Different teams can operate on different boards. Even within aboard, you can have different access level users to allow for a hierarchical setup. Task assignments to status updates and commenting [are] very intuitive. It is also fast.
We haven't really had to contact their support team as everything worked well for us.
This has been fast. I don't believe we have ever experienced any downtime.

In terms of being well suited, our team previously utilized a Google spreadsheet to keep track of different follow-ups it performed. That became trivial very quickly and also hard to track. Then the team started to use monday.com to create tasks and then create automated flows to email or move to a different bucket or [assign] to someone else once the status changed so this made it easier to track tasks.
