An excellent project management and task suite
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Onboarding of new clients and product engineering team requests and work project management. Workflows for onboarding are duplicated per client and the system allows for easy visualization of status and progress in onboarding. The incoming task board allows for easy assignment and designation to different categories and roles, producing a simpler to visualize workflow for the engineering team.

I’ve been very happy with the Monday.com experience- so much that I decided to start using it again at a new organization that was using other software for the task and feature development. I’ve found the visualization and workflow to be much easier to follow and report on, as items are escalated and completed in our sprints. At the end of the day, my team needs an easy-to-use interface that doesn’t impede on their [processor] tasks but allows a communication system that is easy to navigate and provides updates.
