Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
[monday.com] gives us a communication platform to check the status of various projects that our different departments are working on. We also use it to convey upcoming information to the relevant departments, such as new product releases, sales, promotions, or purchases. We also use [monday.com] for managing day-to-day tasks such as making To-Do lists for each department head [letting] all other department heads know what each department is working on and how busy they currently are. We use it on a daily basis and find it very helpful in a lot of different ways.

- Messaging system within Monday outside of notifications/notes
- A calendar showing appointments, meetings, etc
- More project board examples/templates could make it easier to make a personal board
- Cuts down on meetings because information is shared on common boards
- Staff all have the same information, so there's no need to stop and ask as many questions
- Curtails staff "going rogue" because all relevant information can be easily communicated to them
- Much easier to manage projects by delegating tasks to employees and being able to monitor everyone's progress makes things run a lot smoother/faster/more efficient
- When managing a project, it’s easy to see if a specific department is behind or “stuck” on a specific task and may need some help/additional time
Every aspect of monday.com works as advertised. The project boards are super easy to create and manage, tagging employees in different projects is very easy to understand, and it's convenient for staff members to update the status of their projects so that everyone knows what's going on. All of these things are super important to us, and I'm not sure we'd have the level of communication in our business without Monday.

It is super easy to see the progress of everyone on your team - plus, it's very convenient for when things change at the last minute (deadline, timeframe, product info, etc etc). I love how you can just tag someone in a post and they'll get a notification, so they'll know instantly that something has happened.
If it's not a 10, it's a 9.9. I've never used a better platform, personally. It's very user friendly, in that you can set up a board for a project or list of tasks that you need completed and tag the appropriate teammates for each aspect. Then, when they're finished or need to provide an update for the task, they can just mark the progress column or directly comment in the post. Makes it super easy as a Manager to see everyone's progress and decide where someone might need some help.
Very easy to use, great means of communication, and convenient for delegating tasks and checking progress.
