Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it primarily for program/project management, project financial management, and overall department resource management.
- Project Management.
- Status Reporting.
- Anything that basic spreadsheet does, it can be done on monday.com.
- Subitems are still not par with the parent items.
- Features and functionalities to manage project financials.
- Overall resource planning is quite convoluted.
- Scalability - we used to use spreadsheets which were complicated and not scalable.
- Executive presentation from monday.com - while we still have to create some slides, we can use Monday.com to present a lot of our project status, plans, etc.
- Easy to onboard new project managers.
Most of the time, it is not bad. There used to be intermittent slowdowns and outages during the workdays, but it hasn't happened lately. There are still occasional outages every few weeks but happen during our off-hours (US Pacific).
