Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com primarily to track internal communication and process. It helps us keep on track without deliverables. It is a tool we use for inner team communication and tracking of responsibilities in our organization. We previously were trying to track things using Google Sheets or simply Slack but it was getting hard to follow and track. monday.com helps ensure everyone is on the same page.

Usability

I think generally the site is wonderful and an excellent tool- that said, I don't feel it's easy to learn and I do think there are things that could be done to make understanding it clearer. I think that it's loaded with tools and we ultimately use like 10% of them.

Reliability & Availability

I can't think of a time monday.com has failed us. It seems to always be up and running and it's generally great at what it does. The only thing I've said before is that there is a learning curve to get the most out of it and I think that's only a hindrance because we might be able to get more out of it than we currently are.

I think it's really good at tracking things like internal projects from start to finish even when things change hands. I think it's a wonderful tool for remote work because everyone is sharing the same outlook and plan. That said I feel like we don't get as much out of it as we could because there are so many features and no one person in our organization knows how to utilize all of them. Overall though I do see where it can be used for a wide variety of projects.
