Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
My team of LXDs began using this software to track our projects and invited stakeholders to the board to view our project progress and ask questions if needed. We then incorporated the Gantt chart and now give updates and viewable progress of milestone dates and deliverables. This tool is excellent, and along with project tracking and deliverables, it is a tremendous communicative enhancer for stakeholders. It is user-friendly and straightforward. I think that is the best part. Before this tool, we used MP, which was a bit more challenging.

In the beginning, monday.com would give us an error of internet connection lost warnings while inputting updates, but a simple refresh of the tool fixed that issue, but now it doesn't occur. And we believed it to be on the enterprise side when dealing with VPNs.
