Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is the tool we use to track clients as they make their way through the sales funnel, it's the perfect companion to our CRM since it let us customize and the boards to suit our needs. It also allows us to track orders of said clients. The versatility of monday.com is what makes it a perfect tool to coordinate company-wide activities.

  • A dashboard with reports and summaries.

Monday.com is a great tool and its learning curve is a relatively short one, but make no mistake: it does take some time getting used to. A particular challenge is being able to create automated dashboards, not everyone on the team is going to find that as easy and it does take some practice/tutorials to really get the hang of it.
Can't say I have had the opportunity to use monday.com's Customer Success Manager to help me improve with anything. It's maybe due to the fact that I'm not a coordinator and not one of the power users of the platform within my company.
In the company I work, we have been able to rely completely on monday.com to help us coordinate efforts among multidisciplinary teams. Marketing gets prospects, sales reps turn them into contacts and when they're clients, the ops team tracks service orders using the platform. All of these activities are complementary but are completed smoothly using Monday boards. This is a true testament to its power and versatility.

Monday.com is well suited for creating forms for requests to be submitted and reviewed by other teams; for example, Submitting requests for the IT department to fulfill. It also allows working in a transparent climate since everyone on the team is able to check what's going on. However, monday.com cannot substitute a CRM since it's not well suited to create client/contacts profiles.
