Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com to collaborate and manage web projects with my client at a design organization. The client recently launched a new website, and we've created a project on Monday to keep track of a long list of bugs, features, and requests related to the new site. It allows both our teams to have visibility into what's being worked on and what upcoming priorities are.
- Fairly easy to use UI
- Robust system for customizing notifications and alerts
- Flexible and customizable in terms of setting up a workflow
- Not a lot of options for integrations with other apps
- Formatting options for item cards are a little bit limiting
- Enabled our development team to provide visibility into our work within client's existing project management system
- Allows asynchronous communication, freeing up time from meetings
- Streamlines approvals and overall workflow
I've never had any issues accessing Monday.com, so there has been no negative impact on my overall experience to speak of. As a cloud based platform, an internet connection and browser is all you need to access it. For most teams, especially working remotely, this is crucial for ensuring the source of truth of their projects is always accessible.
