Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday is an overall great product, it has been very useful for us over the past years, we used Excel files to store all our data and it's been really hard to track everything and work together with colleagues. It offers us solutions to work together and manage our work. It has great automation as well that we use to make our work easier, it helps us resolve cases on market way faster and track all our work and work much more efficiently.

  • Storing Excel data first lane is always title on Monday which is not same in excel.
  • Text history preview is not fully visible even if you hover mouse over.

  • Better data storage and time tracking.
It's doing a great job but there is always room for improvement and mobile applications can be better.
Everything is good with Monday support, fast and efficient.
For over 2 years it was down only for a few hours, so it's very reliable and uptime 99.9% of the time and keeps your data secured.
