Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a platform to organize our projects, and communicate ideas and tasks between staff.
  • Assigning tasks to other users.
  • Customizing boards.
  • Notification settings.
  • "My work" is very cluttered. It needs to be more succinct.
  • Time saving.
  • Confidence in task completion.
Once the teething issues were sorted out, it became very easy to use. the teething problems are minor, and basically just learning the platform's capabilities.
Have not had to use customer support as yet.
It has done well to streamline the project management of our jobs.

monday.com is well suited for my team to assign tasks to other members, and have a communal area to see progress on projects.
