Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com made a huge difference, it helped us to manage work much easier with flexibility, with the amazing easy-to-use user interface, it made it possible to finish our ongoing tasks much easier than ever before. As monday.com allows many integrations with different apps, Excel was the best thing to use sheets with Monday.com

Usability

Monday.com is really good with integrations, almost all apps you need can be integrated easily, we really like that we can integrate monday.com with Excel to make a sheet with the tasks and it's status such on "Working on it" which then we can share it with our team for reference when needed

Support Rating

Monday.com actually do provide 24/7 customer support with fast response time, also the support agents are quiet nice and patient and help you with making things using monday.com, they are really helpful, but I am not an enterprise user so I didn't actually tried the "assigned dedicated Customer Success Manager" feature.

Reliability & Availability

monday.com has a really good uptime, till now, we haven't encountered any issues with monday.com since we used it, and it's features do work really well and efficiently, and our team only relies on Monday.com for our project management since we started and it is quite excellent yet powerful!!

monday.com is well good in project managment, which I mean to help the team manage work easily and it really well integrates easily with apps especially Excel

monday.com is not well in using in mobile, the UI is so hard to use compared to the desktop/web UI, in addition to that it should have an offer plan for non-profit companies like many other companies do, like Google Workspace

monday.com is excellent yet powerful!
