Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is powerful once highly customizable. If exporting formats of Gantt / Timing Plans can be improved on Excel or simply PDF exporting, it would be much more valuable.

It's very easy to handle and to initiate new users on it.
Never used it.
Monday.com has good performance mainly for project management, PMI/Waterfall methods, or Agile.

Monday.com is well suited to track activities with all internal departments in the company. Exportation formats of the job has a room for improvement (poor exports with lower level of visual customizations compared to the tool itself) so the team can work on presentations, reports, etc.
