I'm obsessed with Monday.com. There, we manage our deal flow, marketing campaigns and ongoing contracts. The automations make work flow in every area smoother. Meanwhile, email integrations help keep communications regarding a particular deal in one place. Honestly, I love Monday.com so much that I use it for my personal life as well! It's easy to use, but flexible enough to really customize it to any type of organization.

I think the only issue we ran into was a board limited with how many items can be uploaded. I wish I could have an unlimited amount of items, but I understand how that would slow down the system's connections and search capabilities. We simply changed our organizational system a bit and it's really not a big deal for us.
