Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com helps the marketing team keep track of our daily tasks allowing us to stay up to date on everything that needs done. We use this to view when we will be out of office, the status of our projects, quick communication for feedback, and showing to-do lists to track the team's workload

Somewhat difficult to navigate at first, but after a little more experience it's pretty easy. I have the most difficulty navigating creating automations. They have ones that are templated, but the template doesn't give much room for customization. This is making it difficult to manage a team of 15 for meetings
Customer service is not that fast and the chat bot option is bad ,in my opinion, and does not help with real questions a person has other than just send them to a q&a section. When, I do recieve an emailed response it is not very well detailed and they send me to a q&a section
Great! It has been really handy for managing our tasks and being able to upload documents and receive feedback all in one spot. It is somewhat annoying because there is not an option to notify individual items sometimes. It feels like there is only an all or nothing option for notifications.

Well Suited - Team task management, immediate feedback, the ux interface of being able to manage and add items, it is a really handy tool for our team. It is so easy to use it almost feels like "task management" for dummies

Not Suited - Big teams with only a few people involved. We were trying to have an option for just a bit more than a view only (being able to add tasks and updates but that is it) but they don't have a middle of the road option between full paid member and free view only
