Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use Monday.com to manage large cross-functional projects (and ensure alignment in them), as well as to run & manage cross-functional business processes.
Pros
- Intuitive design - things just make sense
- Transparency to cross-functional work
- Automations - thoughtful automations and connections catalyze work
Cons
- Mobile design - the mobile app is a bit clunky and can be difficult to use
- Better user interface for "consumers" of Monday.com processes - ex: the Monday.com form submission is quite ugly and doesn't align with the standards of UX & UI that I've experienced elsewhere on the platform
- Reduced time-to-completion for every process & project that we use it for
- Reduced errors due to increased transparency
- Reduced key-person risk as employees gain knowledge through time
Monday.com is reliable, robust, and consistent. I have had no issues with these elements.
