Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use monday.com to plan projects, create marketing calendars and project management. We are currently rebranding, so there is a lot going on and everything needs to be set & completed in order. monday.com enables me to see what needs doing, by who and when for. You can amend timescales, link to other programmes and chat with team members as you go, so it is great for communication.

The marketing calendar is fantastic to map out social posts. If we are working on a large project, we can break it down into smaller sections and assign areas to be completed by different team members. Being able to chat & comment on work completed by our team has been very helpful.
