A tool to grow faster

We use monday.com in our company for all the project management. We work with external experts in marketing for our clients and we manage all projects on it. Every client has is dashboard with different projects and tasks related to. Our externals has access to boards they are working on only to see their tasks. It helps a lot to collaborate and to follow processes. For me, I use it on desktop and when I'm out of the office, on my phone and it's really useful. The most important think is to create dashboards with only important information. If you begin to put too much, it will be a mess and not convenient for anyone.
