Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have multiple departments and utilize monday.com to keep us organized and on the same page. We use it to manage our organizational calendar, manage multiple different programs and teams. Our teams each have multiple programs they are running and monday.com allows us to use the different templates and workspaces to plan and execute multi-layered programs.

Pros

  • Great customer service!
  • The workspaces are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • The multi-functions of each workspace allow for easy planning and execution.

Cons

  • In-house training rather than suggesting other vendors.
  • We are still new to monday.com, but just the time-saving in utilizing monday.com has already actualized a ROI.
The templates are intuitive and user-friendly. We have used multiple templates with great success. It is easy for anyone in the organization to jump in at any time and be able to use the templates.
We are still fairly new to monday.com and the customer service we have experienced has been wonderful. We were able to add additional users to our non-profit account with ease and at a great cost to the organization.
We decided to use monday.com in an effort to better streamline our organizational management. With multiple departments all working on various projects, we were struggling with being on the same page with project management, communication, and moving action items forward. In the short time we have been using monday.com, we have already seen great improvement in the aforementioned tasks.

We use monday.com to manage and track our organizational calendar. This allows us to keep track of important timelines across the organization. We use the meeting functionality in monday.com to set agenda, keep minutes, and track action items. We use monday.com to organize our various programs, utilizing the different levels of responsibility to assign ownership and completion.
