Little Kitchen Academy uses Monday.com to help onboard our franchise partners and guide them through the location development and opening process. We needed a solution that allows us to transparently see progress in real-time, as efficiently as possible. Monday.com allows us to attach critical documentation to each task in order to maintain brand standards and ensure franchise partner obligations are being met.
Pros
- Overall user interface. Simple and easy to get started and create impactful lists.
- Transparency. Being able for the team to work seamlessly in real-time.
- Automation really helps streamline work efforts. Ensuring we hit our goals.
- Many integration options help keep us efficient across platforms.
Cons
- Onboarding assistance at all levels. There should be a general onboarding contact for the initial week or two. Or an initial 1-hour training session to give you the lay of the land.
- Automations are great, but still a bit limited for our use. Would love to have automation assigned to specific tasks rather than the entire board. We have had to find workarounds.
- Be able to see the overall progress bar. How far along are we for the entire project/board?
- Made our support calls more efficient. We are able to have meaningful conversations on the items where support/guidance is needed.
- We project Monday.com to cut down our location opening timeline by two weeks.
- Added clarity for tasks. Allowing our partners to follow the system built without deviation.
No concerns with downtime or reliability. The platform has been functioning as stated. I particularly like the mobile version and being able to access my boards on the go. Previously we used Excel spreadsheets to manage our projects and openings. It was not easy to see current progress or support our franchise partners when outside of the office.
