Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Organize tasks for my employees. I like the visual of what needs to be done. I notice it is clearer for my employees and they are reminded by Monday.com instead of me reminding them.

Pros

  • Timer to see how much each task takes.
  • Color coding.
  • Option to see a to-do list.

Cons

  • Recurrent tasks.
  • Schedule or calendar view of the tasks - setting up when the task will be done.
  • Estimating the duration of the task and then beating it when using a timer.
  • Uncertain if it has.
It is intuitive to a degree, but not everything. I have to watch youtube videos to understand how to use Monday.com.
I have not used customer support, so I can't rate it accurately.
It is reliable in its features.

I find it to be clear to me if I am using it just for myself. Once the tasks are assigned, it is challenging for me to follow up on them. It may be a ME issue and not Monday.com, but I imagine there could be a notification where once the task is completed the person who created a task would be notified.
