We use it to allocate graphic designers to job tasks as they come in.

- Allows easy access to follow-up on jobs.
- Automates our emails to send from the artwork system and integrates outlook.
- Better notifications if automation fails.
- The ability for formulas to be used as text fields.
- Ability to send actual documents rather than links as email attachments.
