Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are working on a large implementation project and have multiple concurrent tasks across our team. We track current work assignments, status, and delivery using Monday.com. The ability to tailor our tracking fields based on the needs of our specific work is incredibly useful!

Pros

  • Dashboards and reporting in multiple views
  • Filtering and Sorting tasks based on different criteria
  • Ability to import from other sources

Cons

  • Printable reports from the dashboard view
  • Client delivery quality
  • Meeting Deadlines
  • Managing workload for team resources
Incredibly user friendly with a functional approach for the smaller stuff, and easy setup for the more advanced needs.
Haven't needed support, but I am sure they are great! The self-help resources are plenty to meet my needs!
I have never experience downtime with monday.com and I use it daily.

I think there is great value in transparency, and Monday.com can be applied to create this transparency in any project, work lists, etc. The automation options are also fantastic and given the right processes to apply it to, could provide a huge lift for a team.
