Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a source of tracking our sales and our post sales. It allows us to quickly and efficiently, determine how the sales team is performing, and outline some of our weaknesses and strengths

Pros

  • Tracking sales
  • Organization of data

Cons

  • Lack of a true CRM
  • Integration with other products like HubSpot could be better
  • Increased employee adoption
  • Easier set up of management boards and graphs
It's a great system that offers lots of tools however, a lot of the tools require additional tech support help to build
We hire a monday.com professional to help us. We haven't used the services from the company. All additional services have always been outsourced by somebody who is a monday.com professional.
The impact is being drastic. It is allowed us to really formulate systems and processes that the sales team are able to follow in a quick, simple and easy manner

It's certainly an amazing system for tracking individual sales people, and their progress with following processes however, it's not a great tool for follow up with clients. I find it to be a poor CRM.
