Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com throughout all commercial departments - Marketing / Sales / Success - as a way to work together and also to stay on top of different topics.
We use it for single projects as much as year-long activity and strategy planning in between departments and department internally.

Pros

  • tagging other members of a team
  • the set up process of dashboards and timelines
  • straight forward overview

Cons

  • In some situations I'd love to have less options. The overload on different options makes it sometimes hard to just set up a simple board.
  • it makes it easier to connect in between teams and exchange projects and timelines
I find the initial set up of a rather complex board very complicated, and thankfully, I have someone in my team who is setting up excessive bords for me. I love to work with monday as soon as the bord is set up. But as mentioned before - for my taste, it has almost too many options and tweaks.
monday.com is very relatable and a very steady software.

In order to set up very complex timelines and projects - it can be quite time-consuming if you are a beginner as the options are endless and the set-up process can be very long.
On the other hand - as soon as everything is set up properly it saves a lot of time in the day to day workflow
