Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Currently, I'm with a company that manufacturers and sells candles and candle accessories. We use monday.com from everything from tracking POs to discussing promotional plans for our new products. monday.com organizes every aspect of our business.
Pros
- Calls out who is accountable for what and when
- Helps to manage KPIs and other success measurements
- Keeps communication channels open so that everyone knows what everyone else is doing
Cons
- Boards talking to each other.
- A board that has the assets you need for that board and then the rest of the groups organize how the board/columns/rows are normally organized.
- I want to plan on this board and EXECUTE on another board and have people follow me so they can see where I'm at in the execution.
- increase employee adoption and contribution; knowing where you fit into the big picture
- easier set up of multiple campaigns from multiple channels addressing multiple audience types
I feel like 10% of this company gets this and uses it. About 50% think they are using it. And 40% will not go near it. That's the thing to figure out company to company. Who uses it, why do they use it and not that person over there.... Worse yet is when that person who does not use monday.com is out of the loop and no one's going to give that person a hard time because he's been here for 20 years! The Total Company Adoption is the biggest challenge I see facing most companies.
