Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our company uses Monday for the administration of all our work, so it is
used daily and at all times, we carry the Pipeline of work, their
implementation, list of clients, our purchases and sales,
evaluation from our clients, contact information of all of our clients, the
process in which each of our jobs goes, list of our accesses to platforms, and
much more...

Very easy to use and we can also
create Boards of different types to keep track of different areas of the
company, if we didn't have monday we wouldn't be able to keep track of all our
processes, or it would be very complicated to do it either in Excel boards or
more basic or difficult to use platforms.
Whenever we run into a problem or
don't know how to create certain board, we contact the support area and the
response is always very fast and accurate, and after this we don't need any further
explanation to create what we need. In addition, when we have requested
new licenses for new employees, the process always is simple and fast.
We had tried a couple of work tracking
platforms before settling on monday, none of them worked for us as they were
very difficult to use and update, and our employees never got used to using
them, as soon as we switched to monday and managers learned to use it, we
made it known to the entire company and they said that it´s very professional and easy to
understand. Now they use Monday without any problem, creating their own boards
and taking control of all the areas right there.

Monday is excellent for keeping track
of our company's work, all employees can access and see what process the
assigned work is in, or they can see its evaluation, or when a new job is
generated, they can see all the details. Also here we keep track of the
contacts of hundreds of clients to be able to have immediate contact with them,
we can also invite our clients to certain Boards so that they are aware of how
their network of internal communication screens is working.
