Use Monday!! It's CHANGED MY WORK LIFE!
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Monday.com functions as my brain, and I know other members of my team feel the same way. It's the best means for keeping track of all the tasks I need to do regularly, as well as larger projects I'm working on in a visible space that allows access for my manager and team. Monday successfully makes it so that my manager doesn't need to micromanage me because the tool is so useful for communicating progress without needing to spend the time to directly check in. It helps keep me organized, and I simply would not be able to complete my job with the level of efficiency or speed if not for this product. I can trust Monday to keep track of all the things that take up too much space in my brain to remember otherwise. This product is a beneficial tool for anyone who feels like they're drowning in their to-do list or doesn't know how to prioritize tasks and deadlines. It's such a versatile product with so many integrations available. It's all but guaranteed that if you need it, Monday can do it or integrate with something else that can.
Pros
- Task management
- Note taking
- Team communication
- Time tracking and management
- Project delegation
Cons
- An integration with Lattice would be amazing, if not already available
- Task automations have made for the most desirable to do list software available, and save our team a lot of time
- increased employee efficiency and knowledge base
- increase level of detail and organization for internal documentation
The only issue I've noticed in the year I've been using Monday, is that sometimes my automations don't run. This can usually be fixed with a page refresh though.
