Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com handles our entire business. We use it to load all tasks we need to complete; it allows us to allocate work to our employees. It allows us to track a sale/task from start to end. It allows us to prioritise tasks and track all tasks.

Pros

  • Ability to 100% customise the page for your business needs
  • Very well laid out and logical
  • Easy to provide detailed updates on tasks however hidden under the main heading so you can see the entire overview of the businesses tasks outstanding, then drill down on any one task you want to know more about

Cons

  • When logging in via a saved bookmark, sometimes it takes you to old data, then you need to click a few buttons to get the page updated again with the latest data
  • Cost while not over the top, it is still not cheap
  • Massive time saving for employees, you can see all tasks however similar tasks can be quickly understood, meaning you can lump tasks together smartly, like calling the same bank for several tasks in one hit.
  • Easy for the owner to see what is going on for all tasks within the business.
  • Great for time management.
Great templates you can then quickly and easy customise in a major way.
I have always had very good support on the very rare occasions I required it.
Excellent software, would be nice if it was a little cheaper however very happy with it. It has really changed our business and I could not live without it now.

For task/project-driven business/sales businesses (more complex sales, like financial services etc), it is very good. The ability to customise the layout/items in full is an amazing feature. The search function is very powerful.
