Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We had an activity management problem. We tested several tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp and Asana, all of which had limitations (apart from those that were opensource). When we hired Monday.com, we felt it was very easy to manage activities and especially to assemble the dashboards, which are essential for sending to our customers. The work became clearer and with the task center provided by the system, none of our developers is at a loss for what to do.

At the begging is interesting, but after that, is easier to follow ourselves board and process template.
Is good, but the answer have a long delay in my opinion. In some cases, I wait more than 24 hours to be answered to someone.

Monday.com is very good for agile project management and for people who don't want to have to learn to configure or discover as many features as their competitors, such as Azure DevOps. Reports and dashboards are simple and straightforward.

Monday.com is not suitable for companies that want a more classic management, in waterfall (although it succeeds) and that need a well-defined control of time and money, such as, for example, an engineering construction project, such as a building .
