Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I designed my own practice management and CRM for my immigration law firm. It is far superior to any other system I have ever used and I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted!

Pros

  • Shows all my cases in the stages I need to see
  • Integrates well with other third party apps
  • Automates all my workflows
  • Allows my team to track all details in one place

Cons

  • Work a bit faster - sometimes it takes a few seconds longer than expected!
  • I've seen a huge improvement in our ability to meet deadlines and track due dates.
  • Discussions in Monday among my team has elimated the need for Slack
  • My staff love using Monday because it's easy to learn and fun!
It's very easy to learn, very intuitive. And anything we do not understand, the help articles and videos are great. The tech support from Monday is fast and effective.
I don't expect instant support, but the support is always there usually within hours. And very good quality support!
Great with reliability. In 3 years we have only noticed a few down times. And the feature where we can look up any outages for Monday is great. I feel very secure with our data in Monday.

Any project you need to complete or track, Monday works. I started to use Monday for my law firm practice, but I now use it for many other projects that are non-business related.
