Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have all of our company on monday.com. We've created different boards and dashboards for administration, sales, operations, hr, and marketing. We interact with the tool daily, which is the best way to organize our flow. After careful implementation, we've achieved a great level of automation, and we can trust that most of our processes are well organized and we can have great reports! One of the things we use a lot is integrations with email. With that, we can schedule emails to our clients and leads and send them automatic reports sharing the progress on each project.

It's one of the easiest tools I've ever seen.
It's extremely intuitive, and people understand easily how to handle it.
We used to train people on the tool and later on our processes, but now we go directly to the process because they lean the tool by themselves within the first week of using it.
When we started with our implementation, monday.com's team was very helpful. By that time, they were called "daPulse," and they hosted webinars and had live sessions with us to explain to us how to make the most out of the tool. Every time we had a question or a concern, they always quickly replied and helped us with everything.
monday.com has always been a solid base for our company. Most of our processes and documentation are inside the tool. We've used almost every single function. In some cases, we've suggested functions that were later added, which as awesome. On relation to reliability, we never had any issue with that. The tool is always available.

monday.com is a great tool for companies that handle projects and information throughout the company. It's great for project management, software development, digital and creative agencies, consulting firms, lawyers, accountants, etc. It might not be the best option for mass marketing as a CRM, but it's great for all the other uses.
