Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

With monday.com, my company and I are able to plan ahead our year and months, manage our projects together comfortably. I love using automations to set reminders and deadlines. Things are written nicely and organized so it allows us to hold each other accountable. I use monday to plan my daily, weekly and monthly tasks too.
We use monday for marketing, hr and sales dev.

Pretty awesome but sometimes it's hard to find things you worked on. The platform is complex at first and finding everything isn't very intuitive
Sometimes I wish there were other features, esp. the use of numbers in the platform. I think that generally it's pretty nice but can be smoother
Never had to work with someone so i dont know, but the online documentation is pretty good, i just wish there were some more. maybe a live assistant, maybe videochat/phonecall options. it's a bit limited. something more hands on. I think ableton did a good job at helping out their users
monday is a tool i use on a daily basis and cannot imagine living without, it's pretty awesome. it makes communication with fellow work mates easier and faster, and we're able to move forward with things and see each other's progress. I think the system saves us a lot of time

Project management is definitely amazing with monday!! I strongly recommend using it.
Working on projects together is also convenient.
I don't think monday is the best platform for a single-person team, it's really designed for people who need to work together.
monday isn't very suited for code, either. (copy and pasting)
